I'm horrified! I knew my insurance would go up due to getting a new car but I didn't expect it to go up over $2,000. I did have an accident with the snow/ice in the winter. I was just telling my brother that I have had my car since March 2, 2026 and have only spent $75 on an oil change. Now this! I called another insurance company and their quote was over $4,000. I guess I have to pay...

Remember the times you were happy.
Remember the people who loved you.
THERE IS NO PROBLEM BAD ENOUGH THAT IT CANNOT BE SOLVED!!!
I have periods of horrid depression when I think I wil never feel happy again. It's distorted thinking. I made a list of things to do to help me when I feel like this. The bad feelings don't last. Trust me they don't. I have been battling depression for years. The more I know about myself and the more time goes by, the more I realize the feelings
pass!
And as I get older, the times I get these horrid feelings don't come as
often. And they don't last as long either.
I'm not dismissing how you feel. I'm just sharing my own experience.
If you were, you wouldn't reach out to folks here. That's a LOT more
than some of us can do.
Try to remember just how strong you really are, you've got a very gentle heart and your support of others is proof of that.
I do hope today was better, at least in some small way, for you.
I know though, there are days and then there are days...so sorry this happened to you.
Have you thought about therapy? Do you have a doctor? On any meds?
I think about dying everyday too. I think about all the ways I could kill myself.
I wish I had the guts to do it. But I don't, so I continue to suffer.
I just want you to know you aren't alone, many of us feel this way.
Big Hugs
