I got an e-mail earlier from someone Ive known for 3 years plus... unfortunately Ive had half of my heart reserved for him. I feel heartbroken again, lost... sad. Just do me a favor guys... please... track me down, and put a shotgun to my forehead. Then dont leave enough of me for an open casket.

i hate ouch emails.... hope you can put the person behind you where he should be. if any of us were to track you down we would only help, so no point in asking for us to do that favour. xxx

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus).
