It's feeling bad whether you like it or not.
Profound melancholy
I thought I was depressed until my Dr. said it was dysthymia
There is a difference
The personality and anxiety disorder sort of enhance and compliment each other to where I don't know what the hell Is wrong with me at any given moment.
Hey, I do take 20 pills a day for all three.
Anybody take more than that?
I found out about the Dysthemic Disorder diagnosis by reading it on a review sheet from my case worker...my psychiatrist didn't even bother to tell me he was giving me a new label.
The thing we gotta remember is...do they help?
I'm not alone , that's the good news,
- however, I'm wayeeeee out front in the taking of the drugs dept.
I do appreciate the response's to my querry, and I wish
this exercise in affiliating with my human frailty and sharing your circumstance as well, might be a little ray of comfort that wasn't there a moment ago.
Connecting , , , , remotely,
is somehow easy for me and , I suspect you all as well, that's cool,
nothing wrong with that
You know what? I'd like to make each of your live's better for just a single moment , and then look back on what happened with a smile
That's what I' wish I could do for you.
Kindness,
boy,
how cool . . . .
I am the one
who came into your life
and now we are known to each other
not in a way that was
but remotely
with a comfort zone
bigger than anyone could have ever imagined
I will only earn your trust through my actions
and I will never be mean or wish you harm
I am a good man
and I can be a trusted friend
and we will never meet
That is the way it has become
But it protects us in many ways
"It is considered a chronic depression, but with less severity than major depressive disorder."
