Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.
Good morning! I watch a lot of videos on Facebook Watch. In fact, my TV has not been on since SuperBowl Sunday. I can't think if I've said this before but I have a real problem with house cleaning. I've struggled with it for at least 20 years. In January 2019, I went out on disability. My house was a mess. My wonderful sister-in-law helped clean. I think she came 12 times for 2 hours each time. I would love to end up with a clean house, a much thinner body, and a boyfriend. Thanks for reading!
