Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.
hopefully lower axiety. Had to skip it completely for a couple of days
for a minor medical proceedure..thought I was gonna die..the headache
from hell.
I got myself to a place years ago where I did not overindulge to begin with. And then I had to get rid of caffeine totally, for medical reasons. Now, I can tolerate small, amaged amounts at certain times of day. It's just something I've gotten very careful about.
You'd be surprised how really little an amount of caffeine you can actually require (after you've completely broken yourself of the habit, and re-introduce small amounts, mindfully, back into your life) to feel alert and functioning. Instead of half-cafs, I have maybe 1/4 or even 1/8th cafs (I make it myself, always).
And tea gives a nice lift, without too much jitteriness (still have to watch, though, as some black teas are rocket fuel).
I do not drink sodas at all, not ever. Bahhh, pooey, toxic.
Am very tired.
