Plans can change. I had pans and the universe decided to not fund those plans. I'm not kidding my pocket book just phflat all of a sudden developed a hole. Or I can say it this way...My money bucket just broke the bottom out. And, things haven't stopped there as some things have followed me like a puppy dog wanting a bone. All from this depression that I seem to have kicked but developed a drink thing. It is the baggage we drag that weighs us down, sadly I don't know how to make it go poof either. All I know is one step in front of the other.

You are not alone, and feelings may not be the answer you need to search through. Can you say you know the feelings as they form or are they getting to know you and form intrusive thoughts your no longer able to control? I spent a good 36 hours planning, and 4 more seeking help... which was a mess in itself as inpatient is not the same as outpatient therapy... if you know you need the time to recoup, take the inpatient treatment... its just my opinion as I may need to go back in myself... I'm in a vicious circle of pain and stress, diabetic complications that have and have not been diagnosed at the right time, and also pain I have to keep In check without anti inflammatory meds(the only thing close to a pain pill I had to give up for my stomachs sake) as I wait for pain mgmt to step up. What kind of situation are you coping with and how are you coping with it?

clear your conscience before you go. Make your peace with your friends and loved ones. Be real, be honest, and let them say goodbye to you.

Don't leave them with a mess they can't clean up. Having someone suicide on a person is devastating. So just make sure you don't do that. Find everyone you need to find, get proper closure on all issues with everyone. And then go ahead and do whatever you're going to do.

Can you help me? My daughter feels this way, and I'm desperately trying to find things that will help her and I'm lost. She's hurting just like you are, and was recently hospitalized.

Someone loves you, and just isn't able to figure out how to tell you. Or maybe you feel guilty for making them hurt too. Please know it only hurts them more if you weren't here.
