I'm not sure how people will react to this but I just want people to know the truth about me and about why I am the way I am. By that I mean, I am very sick and having a very hard time with just basic functioning. Anyway, I almost never come out and tell people this as I am always afraid of what kind of reaction I will get but now I am ready to take a risk. I just hope that no one freaks out or anything. Anyway, I was severely abused as a child and also was the victim of ritual abuse and mind control experimentation.
Why am I saying that now? Not sure. Not even sure if it will help me get better or not. Maybe it won't help at all, and maybe people won't even believe me, but that's okay. Anyway, this is me....this is who I am....and this is why I am the way I am. I don't really want to talk about the abuse in any kind of detail. So please don't ask me questions about it or ask me what it means to have these things done. Anyway, these things have ruined my life. I am a shattered person and work very hard every day trying to get my life back. It's hard for me to open up and share about myself and I tend to keep people somewhat at a distance since I have such bad trust issues. Thanks for reading this and sorry it I freaked anyone out or set anyone off in any way

Hello Heidi..

Sorry you had to go through all of this..I think you're an incredibly brave lady to make this post.. You really have no need to worry about getting a poor reaction, to you revealing this.

These abusers will reap what they have sown.. It's no wonder you have such difficulties regarding trust issues..I think you're a wonderful person and a great mum to your son.. Have big respect for what you do for J....He's lucky to have such a good mom.

I hope you get the healing and treatment you need, and can find something inside yourself that is strong and can help you feel better. I know very much what you mean about trust issues, I have those myself, very tough to beat, I haven't even come close. I know what you mean about daily battling this thing and these things, some are what have been done to us, others are just what we've inherited, in your case, I would say it is ALL what has been done to you and I agree with others that you are very strong and brave to even come here and say as much as you have, you can see your strength if you look at the chance you have taken by coming here, sounds like you are on you way to healing, I hope it continues for you.

I can honestly say this didnt freak me out in the slightest. I think it took amazing amounts of courage to come out and post this, you should be proud of yourself. I hope you find peace eventually x

I am really sorry this happened to you. I hope someday that you can learn to ignore intrusive questions by changing the subject or just not answering so you can stop being dependant on others never asking them. That will be more freedom for you.

You've done so well with your intorduction. You've had a really rough go of it. I do pray you can heal and not let this totally define you. You are more than what is behind you. You have character and soul. I can hear your sweetness through that small intro....nurture your geatness and starve the ugly. You can beat this. Keep sharing with us, we need each other.

I think by you putting it out here in *public* shows you have great strength! Maybe now that you have, and see people will not react any differently towards you, it can actually be a stepping stone to betterment!

I had a friend a number of years ago who was the victim of ritual abuse. She told me a lot of what happened. I do truly believe that Karma, God or whatever will take care of the beast(s) who do this to others.
