I was doing better in life until my new boss keeps telling me that I'm rude to co-workers and that my demeanor and tone affects the atmosphere at work. I'm completely taken a back because I am just quiet and that has now become a problem that I'm being written up for. Being quiet in relation to co-workers.

This is terrible! However, you know in your heart what the truth is. Focus on that . Then just bring this up to your supervisor and I'm sure you'll get some positive feedback on what you need to do. hugs

We have had numerous meetings where I try to tell them the truth, but I think they want to believe the bad. They know that I am kind and will go out my way to help anyone. So this leads me to believe that there is a hidden agenda against me. I feel stuck!
