I am the same way! Today, being it a cloudy and rainy day, I feel so lousy. During the winter I have many more depressive days than the summer. I hate it =/ You're not alone.

Absolutely except I feel grumpy, paranoid and lethargic when it's sunny and much better when it's overcast and cool or cold.

I think the weather can definitely affect our mood and feelings. I know there is actually a disorder called SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder) where people experience depressive symptoms during certain seasons, but have somewhat "normal" mental health during the rest of the year. So my thoughts would be that people who are in a long-term depressive state would be sensitive to the weather at any time. I know I have a more difficult time in the winter when it's cold and sometimes gloomy. I'm glad that warmer weather is on the way:-)

Absolutely it effects me.

I love rain and storms in the summer, however, any other time it brings me down....and cold, snowy weather just does me in :/

YES....Non stop rain makes my depression far worse...

Hey hey Blackie! I am also more likely to get depressed when it's hot and sunny too much. I HATE hot weather and I feel like s%$t when it's hot out.
