it is my turn to cook dinner... i was asked to make a chicken. i know im 19 and i should probably know how to cook, but i have no idea what to do!

pretty much all i did was smack some peprika on it and throw it in the oven... umm...is that all i need to do?

well it depends on what ya like garlic is good on chicken or lemon pepper if ya want to spray the pan first so it dosent stick on the bottom im a cook i hope i helped hugs ox

lol take the stuff out of the crotch, cover it with foil and cook at 375 till done, steam some veggies and make a salad or something to go with it!! paprika is fine, but i prefer garlic, pepper and a small orange stuffed inside.

its not a must to spray but easier clean up no stick lol

i am a good cook even though i don't have the time and live alone so i don't cook like i used to. i can tell you something so simple to do with a chicken breast that is so good. this is so simple and yet so good. it makes chicken taste wonderful. take large chicken breasts and skin them and make sure it is the chicken that has the bone, it is better cooked this way. wrap each individual chicken breast in aluminum foil and season with seasoning salt or a little salt and pepper. slice a thick slice of onion and put it on top of the chicken. you can also add some of those baby carrots. put in the oven at 350 and bake about 1hr and 10 minutes. check it afer 1 hr and see if it is tender. the juice of the chicken steams up through the chicken and onion and carrots and it has all the broth in the bottom of the foil. make a salad and perhaps a side dish and this is all you need. it is so easy, but so good.
