Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.

It has been around for a long time. Just be careful to avoid things like saying you are going to commit a crime! Also do not vent a named DS members there! It is OK to vent about 'your boss' or 'the person who cut me off in the parking lot' or other vague people.
Hope you are able to vent it out of your system.
Gentle (and G Rated) hugs! he he he, couldn't resist the opening there!
I honestly believe with me, it's just I'm so angry right now I'd like to ..... whatever at whoever I'm mad out, but would never say anything about anyone here. no reason for that, I'll have to watch my
I'd like to ...... language too I guess. wise advise there.
I get frustrated at times, not often, but at times and it doesn't come out nice. Found out the SAME EXACT thing happened to another worker here, in the same exact way at the same exact time. (in searching for a job outside of where I am) We're thinking we just may be stuck here, cause there are some people who pass judgment based on what they hear about others, and it has nothing to do with the person at hand, but those people make decisions based on what some other worker in your agency has done and decide they don't want to hire anyone from that agency.
Screwed up, and I am now wondering if this place is a career killer.
If the culture at your company is that bad, then getting out sounds like a good career move. But if these people are just exceptions to otherwise well run groups, then there are things you can do.
