Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.
I don't eat meat to often , but there are times wen my body craves meat, and I'm pretty sure it's an iron response. It does make sense to limit meat and meat products. They are full o cholesterol. Not sure how I feel about cutting them out completely. I would really miss cheese. However, if I could kick this feeling out the door it would be awesome. So reduction first, and then go from there.
I also will try to exercise more often, or at least go back to morning yoga and maybe push in a walk during the day.
I get the thing about preservatives, but man, looking at the stuff in packaged meals makes me nervous.
NOT eating meat helped me feel better: my irritable bowel syndrome is almost nonexistent, (AND) I don't need to feel guilty about eating nonhuman beings who have suffered greatly for no good reason.
I M LOSING WEIGHT NOW.
NOTHING DIFFERENT.
IN SUMMER MY APPETITE RETURNS AND I GAIN WEIGHT. LOL
The main problem with the sups though is they're processed so the body has troubles absorbing them. So you would most likely
get better results by eating foods high in the above list along with a balanced diet.
Raw spinach leaves
Fresh mushrooms
Cherry Tomatoes
Beans
Newman's Own Family Recipe Italian Dressing
Works for me! Mmmm...getting hungry here...
