Is there any way out of this deep dark hole that I find myself falling into time and time again?
Seems to be happining, more and more and getting harder to get out of it with each bout...
AT the moment I feel like I'm watching myself being eaten alive by it.. friends and family have noticed and commented but that just makes me shut down more..
