Lately I have found myself thinking of my depression as a separate entity, For some strange reason, it makes it easier for me to fight it, so to speak.

Many of you know Mr K told me to "shut your mouth" in March 2025 when we took a road trip to Alpena Michigan. I work out a lot at the gym. It makes it easier for me to look at myself from the outside in...and laugh my ass off.
There's even a commercial on TV, a cartoon for an anti-depressant (I think maybe it's for Abilify), that shows a woman and her depression ... it's like the depression is this little black cloud that follows her and I think it gets smaller when she takes this med.
So no, it's not weird -- anything that helps you fight it is a good thing! :)
