Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.

very helpful. If you don't like the first therapist then try another.
Talk and share.
Taking any action is going in a good orderly direction. Even if it doesn't give the results you want. Keep trying. My friend can help you, positively.

Most of all idontkno96, it sounds like you’re toying with darker thoughts, stop trying to muscle through or ‘walking it off,’ it is rare to get through true depression on your own. Professionals have avenues, coping mechanisms, and other techniques that allow you to divert the destructive nature of depression while you heal. Check with your benefits at work, you might have a few visits to a therapist for free, use this to find one you like and stick with that person. You’re important, it doesn’t sound like you have nothing going on, get back to me, I’d love to hear from you again.
