Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.

1. talking about your feelings
2. trying to deal with past woes/problems with spouses, children, parents, workmates..
3. actually - talking at all to anyone but your cat,
4. forgetting to drink anything at all for 2 days
5. calling suicide hotlines
6. sitting in a room all by yourself till you go bonkers.
On a down day I do what I can to remember it's only fleeting and anything I say or do out of the ordinary will create an anxiety attack, and then when I've finished the depressive episode I'll have an anxiety attack, and won't that be jolly.
:) Just grit your teeth and get through it. Punch it in the face.
