My bf blames me for everything that is going wrong with us. He says I stay in the bedroom all the time because of the new cat yet he doesn't realize how depressed I am. He throws in my face all the time how we don't have sex and then starts making assumptions like I'm cheating or don't find him attractive. I can't help I'm not in the mood when I'm depressed. Today I had a panic attack and couldn't make it to work. He held me and helped me feel better. Later I asked if we could hang out cause we need to spend time together. But then all he talked was us not having sex. What made it worst was I just started getting to get really anxious again and I told that to him before we started talking. I just felt even worse and why discuss it then? He just went on and on about it when there are other things going wrong with us. I tried to bring things we could improve on but he said they didn't matter. I tried talking about lots of ways to make us feel closer again but he just twists my words around. Idk what to do....I tried suggesting things but he didn't care about any of it. No matter what I said it always was my fault for our problems. And I was even civil and discussing things without yelling. What do I do? The therapist said he could come to this weeks appointment with me but idk if I want to. I know he is going to say how mean I always am. I am just so hurt that we couldn't have a day without harsh words esp because my anxiety is thru the roof today. :( thank you for reading.
