In the letter the judge states i can not do fst pace work. at the end the vocational experts list jobs i can do and for all would need to do face pass work. I am going to appeal.

One part in there that really pissed me off is they took from therapists notes that i said if I was denied disability i would deliver pizza. I did not say that! I said I Thought about delivering pizza cause it would be alternating standing and siting but ruled it out cause i didn't know if i could do in and out of car constantly and knew i couldn't do any stairs for 3rd floor apartments.

If at all possible get an attorney. Most won't charge you unless you're awarded disability and then there is a flat rate for attorney fees thst's withheld from your first disability check since they make it retroactive back to the date you were first disabled.

Have had attorney since the beginning.thanks

I don't know about your state but, here in Illinois, you can almost be guaranteed that they will deny you the first time. Hang in there and keep trying.

yes .. appeal ... through attorney.

Was it your first denial, or 3rd? typical to get denied twice.

Do you have a disability lawyer? They do not collect a dime unless you win and then it comes out of any back pay you are due. I think you really need one due to how the doctors are twisting your words. Hugs GB

oops, I guess it's your 3rd, or u wouldn't be in front of a judge yet, I don't think. but yes, u can still appeal. stupid therapists. My psychiatrist, screwed me too. but I still won, even with him against me, because it was just so obvious in the court room. And I had a good lawyer.

Just thought I would join this group now that I am a widower. My wife passed away May 28th. She was "The Wind Beneath My Wings". When I met her, I was a drunken, dope smoking, fighting, hell raising biker. She told me if I could get rid of the inner storm within me, that I could be a blessing to people. God placed her in my path to stop me. I have been drug and alcohol free now for 53...

My husband and I got our foster license last month, after 3 years of hard work (we had to start over multiple times due to family dramas and Mom's open heart surgery). We spent a year preparing the whole house, guest rooms, and children's bathroom for older kids of 7 yr old and up. Then we got a call that we have been approved to receive twin newborn premies. What, what?!! Babies!? Premies?!...
