Try to hang in there and not be destructive, talk to us instead. What's going on that has you feeling this way? Did your dad do something?

i was on vacation and while i was there i just kept getting atttacked for being me...like "there is no need to wash ur hands that much" " ur crazy" and just stupid things and i try not to let that bother me cuz im in therapy now and so ill do watever i have to do to get better...i had a fight with my mom cuz she was mad that i acted like myself and didnt hide anything like my depression and ocd..i did hide the ptsd tho.

i have to go back home to my dad in 2 weeks and i hate it there soooo mcuhhh..i cant live there anymore i rly cant. im just scared to go back

I'm so sorry that you had to go through that. I'm really glad for you that you're in therapy and getting help. You sound so strong in being aware that what your mom is wrong for criticizing you. You definitely sound healthier than either of your parents. I have anxiety, and my mom has it too. Mine is so much better because I dealt with it and got help. My mom drives me crazy because she refuses to do anything about hers, and I know she's never going to get any better due to not seeking help.

What scares you about your dad's? Are you safe physically to go there? Does your mom know how badly you don't want to go? ((hugs)) hang in there ok?

i have rly bad OCD. ever since my dad got married again three years ago the house has been soo dirty cuz his wife is a slob and its not just clothes here and there its...baby diapers on the floor, the bathroom is the grossest thing ever..i think its worse than public and so i dont drink water so i dont have to go in there and its taking a toll on my body...the kitchen is horrible and i dont eat...i was food poisoned back in May in that house. im safe physically but not at all mentally. i dont think i can do this anymore.

my mom knows ..but she doesnt know exactly how hard it is living in that hell hole being me. she just says to tough it out for one year. thank u..ill try

I'm so sorry, that would be a very difficult situation for anyone and to have ocd and deal with it makes it way harder. Is there any chance of staying with your mom? I really hope the situation changes for you!

no cuz she lives in a different state and the school isnt way different ...yeah it would be hard for someone without ocd..for me just thinking about going home makes me nauseous

I wish things could be different for you. I'm really glad you're getting support through therapy. Try to just focus on getting through one day at a time, and remember that you don't have to be in the situation forever (even if it feels that way at times)

I am sorry you are going through this. You sound so lonely. Do you have your own room to go to at your Dad's house so you so that you away from everyone. As for the kitchen, have you ever helped with the cleaning of it ? I know that sucks but it beats food poisoning Like chelle said, it is just a temporary siltation until you get old enough to live on your own.. oh, and are there any after school programs you can get it to keep you busy and out of the house you don't want to be in?

me and my brother clean the house once a week..but the effort is wasted..she dirties the house the same way in the same day. im doing this volunteer fire dept thing and that should keep me out the house til 10 then i cud just go to bed. i know this is temporary but i feel like this forever :(
