I lost my aunt two years ago in a car accident where there was a drunk driver who's trailer fell off the offramp and landed right on top of her and her fiancee, killing them both, leaving nothing but blood and a destroyed truck behind. The man was let out on a $100,000 bail after not showing up for the first hearing. Now, two years later, a close family friend got shot in the head, got pronounced brain dead, and was unplugged two days ago. Though i have a huge, huge feeling the same man who killed my aunt and her fiancee killed my friend. And i have no idea what to do.

I haven't but I dont want to say anything just in case i'm wrong. This man is capable of doing anything to my family. He's out and even his dirver's license is renewed.

So when your Aunt was killed it was due to a drunk driving car accident......an accident.

How are you going from A to B where this man comes back, finds out who your close family friends are gets a gun and goes and kills one. This is not rationale thinking and there's not much you can go to the police with just because you have a feeling. Perhaps you should check with the Police regarding bullets or shell casings recovered from the shooting site?

But to attach this man to it, just doesn't make any sense.

He knew who that person was. He was the one who was told the man wouldnt show up to the hearing. This has escaped not once, not twice, but three times. I know it doesn't make sense but you have to, have to put yourself in my positition. He was spotted in the area. He knows who half my family is. He's already killed one person, and that friend was really involved in trying to get him to confess. And it was not just an accident. He was drunk. He drove off the whole road and onto them. It was not just an accident. This man yes, was drunk. But it was not just an accident. He killed two people. And accident would have been maybe hitting them. But he killed two people and injured three that day. So no, it was not just an accident.
