THE NEW MEDICAL NECKLACE IS DEFECTIVE.
I HAVE 2 RETURN IT 4 ANOTHER ONE.
THEY SAID THEY MIGHT NOT HAVE THE SAME MEDICAL NECKLACE I WANT.
I M 2 USE THE ONE I HAVE UNTIL I "HOPEFULLY" GET THE ONE 2 REPLACE IT.
PRAY 4 ME.
I M TEARFUL AND SAD, BUT GOD IS STILL IN CHARGE!

A MEDICAL NECKLACE HAS A BUTTON I PUSH IN CASE OF EMERGENCY.
A PERSON ANSWERS FROM THE CALL STATION AND ASKS IF IT IS AN EMERGENCY WHEN I PUSH THE BUTTON, WV
I'LL HAVE 2 CARRY A PHONE ALL THE TIME WITH ME PLUS THE NECKLACE.

That necklace is your safety security life line. It saved my mom twice, and one time with her, I could just push button, get help, give symptoms, and no time at all, EMT'S there. Now I have to consider doing the same.

So I understand, how important this is to you. Hugs they replace soon.

they replace those very fast and the thing will work with your unit or they would not send it....my mom has one and so does my older sister in Ohio....when my mom went to hospital and was wearing her necklace the company called me saying that she had a bad battery and they were sending a new unit to her....it was not bad battery but she got a new necklace....with new battery....the reason is the system reads the necklace to see if it responds when they ping it...and moms was at the hospital far far out of range for the ping to reach it...so they called me to tell me they were sending a new one....with new battery...
