oh shite! i did it real bad this time. the worst i've ever done it. my arm aches when i move it. i cut on my upper left arm for once and instead of just one or two cuts as usual i have a 2 inch patch of cuts. i have a plaster on it which i put on straight away last night so i do not no the extent of the damage.but hell my arm aches.
i think my reasons are stupid.
i was at college an the girl i normally talk too (also is a self harmer, she doesnt n i am) was being a total bitch to me. she is also today. but what reall pushed me over the edge was when we did a group task (3 of us in a group). she and the other girl sat and talked together total ignoring me and leaving me out. i said 2 my self hey i will go on computer and make a start seing as they aint. they ended up coming up with wht i was 2 type ( none of it really any of my ideas, i did make a few but they just knocked them back) after an hour we had 2 switch rooms so we sat together and i dd get a few ideas in then but after 15 mins they sujested go up stairs an type it up (i did, in a mood i could tell i was not wanted) and they would bring the rest up when it was written. i finished the piece i had and went back down and ended up takin another back with me i did this 3 times and in the fourth it was 4. 05 teen mins 2 finish and they were gone without a word 2 me. i was total pissed i wanted to hit something.
the so called friend is also belittiling my reasons for being depressed and has been giving me funny looks and arguing with my opinions.(maybe am paranoid)
it is also one of the reasons i am depressed constantly being knocked down its just the same now. no wounder i never give my opinions or views

Try to stop putting so much stock into what this little bitch thinks of you, ignore her and see how she likes it.
Worry about yourself, nobody else. You are the most important.
As for you arm i have done that before, take off the plaster and replace it with a bandage and then put some ice on top of it to reduce the swelling the cuts are making.

Well, I wouldn't call anyone stupid.....But There is NO reason that makes it acceptable to slice your body open. It's always a bad idea.
