Why do you want to cut yourself?
SingerGirlKNP
I'm here to help! Please don't cut! If you need anyone to talk to talk with me or some other people in the support groups here! You are a very strong person don't let anyone tell you different but please don't cut there is a better way out there to deal with what you're feeling! Find something else to do like drawing or reading or writing or music or walking your pet or talking with a therapist! For those who don't understand cutting on here people do it for many reasons like to feel something other than numbness or because they are mad or sad or because they want someone to care and love them but it is never the best way out you can get treatment from a doctor and therapist you can live another day and stay strong and remember those that love you talk with them and they will try to help you all the way when you're feeling sad! please don't cut!

A Pencil razor is not clear. It might have lead in it.

A pencil razor has carbon, not lead. (Sorry but that triggered me) Anyways, I been through the pain and I know how tempting it is to cut. For me personally I pinch my skin so I don't leave marks. The pain from it is decent but I imagine otherwise for cutting. Is there a friend that you feel comfortable taking to? I understand that it may be hard but you made it this far and I know you want to help yourself. As for cutting, try and store away the blades and let yourself vent away from them. You may cry and it may hurt but it's ok. Thank you for sharing

Please don't cut and hurt yourself. Talk to you parents and tell them you have something important to talk to them about. Let them know how you are feeling. They love you and don't want anything to happen to you. They should contact a doctor who can recommend a therapist our a counselor for you to talk to. You can talk to anyone in this group. They will listen and offer support.

I got an email from Kohl's that I had a 40% off coupon for today and tomorrow only. It took me about an hour but I placed an order and got some great deals. I have been wanting a new dress. I like dressing up sometimes. My birthday is coming up and I have dinner plans at a nice restaurant. But, honestly, I'm a little out of control again. I went through this in the fall. I bought...

Has anyone else noticed that clearly speaking and doing things intentionally is liberating because it helps combat the feeling of depression and a sense of hopelessness? Let me share a little more: in my experience, when those who have tried to project a hidden agenda that is obviously not aligned with integrity and well-being, it's best to be firm and speak clearly from self-awareness and...
