I sent this question 10 minutes ago, don't know where it went, cyperspace maybe. What do you think of crisis hotlines? I called a local one once and they acted like I was bothering them. I really need to talk to someone now, but don't want to call if I am going to be treated badly. I appreciate that you all are here to help, but I don't want to keep being a pest and bugging you with my problems, you have enough of your own. Do you think it is worth my time to call, and do they really help? I just need someone to listen to me not just hear me, but really care to listen.

I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
