Hello, I am new here and just had to do something right away since I have been feeling so bad. There are just too many things to go into a lot of detail, but I will give you the basics. I am 28 and feel that I should be in the prime of my life, enjoying everything and being happy. I just got a great new job that I am proud of, I am healthy and I have my own place with a great guy. But...my mom has MS and my dad is not well either, which is why I moved home from my college town. It started as just doing little errands for them and hanging out with my mom from time to time, but has really spiraled out of control. My mom has been getting worse and my dad can't cope. Add to that serious financial problems for them and their life just basically sucks. None of our relatives have offered any help (financial or just being there) so I feel like everything is falling on me. My mom had a bad fall recently and is basically bed ridden. My dad has to go away on business in a few days to make what little money he can, so that means I will basically have to move in so I can do things for mom, take care of the house and the animals (inlucing horses), even help her bathe if she needs it. I really don't want to go because I am juggling the new job, two other part times, and my own house and life. But I know I have to and I feel guilty for not wanting to. I feel guilty for being bitter. I have been really mean to my boyfriend and unable to open up to him, so he thinks I'm mad at him (which I am a lot for stupid reasons. I am just totally overwhelmed doing things for my parents (I had to pay to have their lawn mowed/landscaped) yesterday because the neighbors were complaining and they can't afford to pay themselves. I have fixed their well, found an organization to do home repairs, brought hay and grain for/cared for the horses regularly, and done tons of other errands, cleaning, etc., not to mention the emotional support I give to my mom by just laying in bed with her half the day (since she has been out of the hospital). The worst thing is that I know my mom is only going to get worse in health, my dad too, so there is no relief in sight. I can't take it anymore. I broke down and cried hysterically yesterday and almost broke up with my boyfriend. I feel like there is no joy left, no time for simple pleasures. I cried when I saw a group of friends loading their car for a camping trip the other day (i used to go camping all the time). I feel guilty if I enjoy even something small because my parents are so miserable. I try to help but it is just so overwhelming. Even asked my brother to move home to help but he said he can't. I feel all alone and like no one really gets it. I get mad at my friends for complaining about "stupid" things. I feel like I can't be around anyone. Please help, I can't stop crying and I am at work and trying to do a good job for my new boss!

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
Welcome here though, I hope you can start to enjoy life. seem to be a very strong person.
