It felt good to help them, but them my body started aching from the Fibro, backache started, etc. And i hated to but had to explain how I felt in my body, even though neither one understands how those deep throbbing muscle aches feel when they are flaring up. Had to take 600 mg. of Ibuprofen and lie down with an ice pack on my lower back.
I've got to learn how to feel good about myself even when I can't do much of anything, which is everyday. I just hope tomorrow when i'm recovering I can still manage to like myself.
Don't worry, sometimes I think our body knows how much rest we need. You may want to start to challenge it by getting up everyday and doing something. It does not have to do a big thing, just one chore, or what ever. I did this and after a long while I was able to stay up all day. Like I say though, when those kids leave, before they are even in the car I am on my couch. Be good to yourself.
