I personally believe you should try to find a way to keep a watchful eye on her she may behave like nothing is wrong but you should watch out for her

I unfollowed her on snapchat. When shes with him we stop talking, and we were pretty much talking everyday until I saw her story on snap chat. I cant help but to cry because shes across the country and theres nothing I can do. Should I follow her back on snap?

give her a call and tell her how you are feeling. You can't control what she does, i certainly wouldn't watch, and who knows maybe she's into being choked. But you CAN let her know you'd be there for her if she needed to leave. If she wanted to leave... etc.

Just understand she's a big girl. If she got away from freak boy and went back to him then I think you can assume she's into it and has been stringing you along.

She's not into, when he did that to her they were fighting and hes done it before when they fight. I don't know about telling her because she'll be all weird about it. I know if i do tell I'll probably never hear/ talk to her again. Thats the last thing I want.

You have to do the right thing. Tell her you're there for her if she leaves him. But understand this. She's not twelve. she knows what the guy's like, she got away from him, and now she's gone back for more.

Honestly any thing that she hears from you will most likely be taken as a jealous rant, she is your ex, right? She's also an adult who knows what she's getting herself into, he beat her before, she can't be that naive to think he's changed and things will be all flowers and honey. Perhaps having someone else check on her, like a family member or other friend....but if she went back to her abuser willingly, it's not going to be easy to get her to leave him again.

I think her sister knows but me and her werent that close. I just dont want to watch it happen again but I also dont want her to get hit again.
