I am a very isolated person by my onw doing and now I want to begin to take steps toward moving out of that isolation. Ihave extreme social phobia along with the depression which is very debilitating, and am wanting to take back some of my power that has been stolen from me by these horrible illnesses. So what I want to do this week is get back on Facebook and just post what I can and also start using my e-mail program again , particularly to e-mail a camp counselor that my son had a couple of years ago. I know it probaby doesn't seem like much to people here who function well, but for me this is abig deal. Will check back in and let you know how it goes. Thanks.
