Do you think anxiety is genetic or comes from your environment? What are your thoughts?

Many of you know Mr K told me to "shut your mouth" in March 2025 when we took a road trip to Alpena Michigan. Since that time, we have had lots of ups and downs but I have never intentionally hurt Mr K in anyway. I am down to one 14 yr old cat and a 5 yr old little dog now, and the cat so desparatley wants to get close and cuddle w my dog. The dog is relaxing about it very very slowly but will sit on same piece of furniture now an actually climbed on me at same time yesterday within an inch of touching fir with him(the cat). I think they are truly starting to like one another. ;)
MY CAT LIVED 16 YEARS AND THEN WE HAD 2 PUT HER 2 SLEEP.
I STILL REMEMBER HER SITTING ON THE ARM OF MY CHAIR AND BEING LOVING................................
