Does anyone else go thru this?

Periods of time when, you cant't remember appointments, phone #'s even how to spell simply words.
I'm not that busy, but just having trouble organizing thoughts, feeling really spacey, and out of the loop.

What was I talking about? HUH oh the weather, not to bad here.

All the time, Ill be in the middle of a conversation and my mind will go completely blank and I struggle to regain my thread and composure.

Like now, I had something else to add but its gone.

Yes almost always. Story of my life! Hard to remember one day to the next, let alone what is on todays plan! I swear I must be brain-dead. Either that or literally incompetant! Not sure which right now. Who kows, maybe a bit of both.

i had an old friend return to work. he goes to UF and now that the semester is over, hes working a few weeks before he goes back. if it wasnt for the school semesters, i could swear he was only gone a week or two. my life just flies by without me.

yeah i have alot of memory problems so i write down everything whih annoys me somewhat but it does help to gather my mind and assure me that i paid this bill or whatever i have a hard time putting things up and a second later not knowing where it is at and that bothers me

yeah I forget stuff all the time even when ~I go to another room I can stand there and wonder why, think its cos we're pre-occupied with too much stuf in our heads.
