Please it is not that I am ungrateful for my life. I tried to make a go of it. But lately it seems I have been an awful failure. So I just want the grand old man to wipe me away clean. I give my soul back freely to be cleaned of all the foul stupid stuff I done with it. Can God just take it back clean it up and give to a new person that deserves a chance at really making a difference with it. If so I give it back with humility , love , gratitude and a profound sense of shame for treating it so abysmally. Peace out ...

I like that you're projecting "clean slate" into God, given another chance. I believe He'll either aid in your recovery or maybe He'll recycle you into another brand new, healthy newborn infant baby's body, perhaps born into one of your siblings so you're born into the same family (!), to give this life another go!
I believe we're allowed to hone and refine ourselves to higher and higher spiritual levels, either on the Other Side, or no matter how many lifetimes here it takes. Maybe there's something here you were/are supposed to achieve that a new body would allow you to.
