I posted in my journal today. about feeling so unloved and alienated. when this happens how do you dare put yourself outhere anymore. I don't feel I deserve anything or want to put anyone thru having to deal with me.

Ah campy, I understand. It's ironic because I was going to post something sooo similar. You are not bad and you deserve good things. The son you are worried about will do well probably becasue you are worried about it. That means you are not the mean person your mom was. You care. I know it is easy for me to see it in what you say but hard to see it in myself but I have those same fears. Will my kids be as messed up as me when they are my age and will it be my fault? I hope not.
Unless you are a danger to your child please hold him close and let him know you love him.
