its getting me down so much people need help and they dont get it also iv meet some nasty people you help them and there nasty dont get me wrong iv been helped over the past year but ts getting to a point were i cant take it take care hugs to all

Marie I don't know if you have ever tried Al-Anon it is a group that meets in every major town and they are self-help meeting that I think will really help you looking at your profile it is perfect for you.

Check out Al-Anon
They also have a spin of Adult Children of Alcoholics the meeting usually last one hour and there can be on average 15-20 people all present and there goal is to build strength and hope for people that have been emotionaley hurt by Alcoholics past or present and it is eye to eye and full of nice people with a common goal.

I am sure there will be meetings in your town or very close to where you live.
