Awww shucks y'all !!! I am crying happy tears. This means so much to have awesome folks like you giving such wonderful support. I am truly humbled. As an update, I did a fair amount if paperwork today. I also went to the IRS office fully ready to be escorted out in handcuffs for failing to file last year's taxes. They actually thanked me and printed out the needed paperwork for me to go ahead and file. It seems that taking some responsibility and initiative goes a long way. Also I talked with my attorney's office. Even if t he judge sets a date of sale on Monday the eighth , once the chapter 13 papers are filed the foreclosure process including a short sale stops pending a hearing or trial and a final judgement. My health problems may require me to be disabled. That would mean an early retirement. But even that has a silver lining. If it happened and my income is reduced , I could get the $1100.00 dollar a month alimony reduced. So all is not doom and gloom. Thanks again I send you all my best and lots and lots of warm sunshiny hugs.

Went to walk in clinic with a dry cough and some chest pain . EKG was normal but the doc still wasn't happy. Get to see my old heart Doc on Friday. Probably another stress test and maybe another cardiac cath in my future. Fun fun fun
