Hi everyone,
So today, I was feeling very depressed (well, I have been for a while now) and I went to work. I didn't want to come in because I knew I was going to cry and have a breakdown, especially because I was also having fibromyalgia pain, making it hard for me to work. Sure enough, I ended up breaking down two minutes into my shift.
I tried calling my therapist and my psychiatrist but no luck. I sat upstairs in the breakroom at work, crying and sobbing my eyes out. My assistant manager is running the store until my manager comes back from vacation, but he has a beef with me. He likes my sister better (she works at my work during the night) and she tells me things that I don't want to hear. So he comes to me in the breakroom and I really want to go home, but he says for me to hurry up and get downstairs to work. I tried to dry my tears and went downstairs but I still couldn't control myself.
I cried at work for an hour when I went up to my newest supervisor and plead with her to call my assistant manager to let me go home. She did and he let me go. Finally!
I really wanted to work today, but I just couldn't function. I hate being depressed, trust me. I want to get better so badly, and I'm on meds and will be visiting my psychiatrist on Friday. The fibromyalgia I try to control but it's very difficult. I'm just looking for some strength and support. This is all NOT in my head!

I'm horrified! I knew my insurance would go up due to getting a new car but I didn't expect it to go up over $2,000. I did have an accident with the snow/ice in the winter. I was just telling my brother that I have had my car since March 2, 2026 and have only spent $75 on an oil change. Now this! I called another insurance company and their quote was over $4,000. I guess I have to pay...

We all have 24 hours in a day. How we spend these hours is important. Watching a little bit of a video about how sitting affects us made me aware of how much sitting and laying down I do. Gonna have to work on that.Your turn. Tell me another truth.
Please give yourself as much rest as you can. I hope you feel better!!
((hugs))
