I love the sun! Today I took a 30 minute walk down to our lake that has a small beach and then around my neighborhood. It was 54 degrees out. I had to guilt myself into going. I'm so glad that I did. I have UnitedHealthcare as my Medicare Advantage plan and I love it! If I do 30 minutes or more of exercise 10 times a month, I get $10 reward money on my OTC card. I had Covid in January so I had to work out at home 2 times when I couldn't get to the gym. Then I got sick again for a few days and then I really hurt my rib diving in my car after a large iced coffee that I knocked over so I haven't been to the gym since last Wednesday. Not happy about that. So I'm just glad that I went for a walk! Tomorrow I am going to the gym and just doing the treadmill. I hope everyone had great weather today!

Ever since I stopped doing therapy because of insurance, I've been feeling that old tense and irritable sense of anxiety and stress. I hate that. I was making so many strides and changes during therapy, my therapist would acknowledge all of my progress and accomplishments, and I miss that reassurance.
