Feeling sorry for myself again, bit pathetic but i cant help it, more time that goes on more alone i feel, will find the strength to be ok, felt suicidal this morning these feelings can fuck off because im alive and somehow i will fight to be ok, woke up with hate for myself but these feelings can fuck off also because im good, no matter what happens no matter how low I feel I will NEVER NEVER NEVER give up I will try to be the best I can be sometimes i will let myself down but Im gonna be ok one day I will fight no matter how hard it is!!

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper?
