In my journal i we rote what is going on with me. I cant get a grip a n evetyone is staying away from me. No friends an bad suicidal thoughts keep reminding me they are there. I told my husband. All i want to do is smoke my vapor cig. I get up at 3am and cant sleep. I in try to go to bed by 12. I watch tv alot.i stopped seeing counsler cause she said i need to make my own happiness. How the hell can i do that! I put christmas stuff up on but it dosnt help. I am tired tired. I want to just lay down. If anyone cares to read my journal, they will feel my pain. I am 50 an tired of all the stuff. No way out. Praying isnt even helping. Can get my mind straight. I hit my low. Saddness so bad in my heart. I cant even cry. I am ugly.

We can support you here but please look into a new therapist. Not all of them are great, some are real idiots. Trust me, I've had 4 and none saw the bipolar, especially the ones in high school.
Happiness is the absence of misery. All you have to do is deal with the things that make you miserable. Deal with them in a way that resolves them. And a counsellor's role is to help you identify them, and help you resolve them, because when you're depressed it's really hard to figure out how.
Therefore your obligation to the process is to tell your counsellor the truth, and to try new ideas out to see if they will work. :D
Underneath the dirt is the sparkling jewel. Don't give up. You will find a way if you don't give up.
Try group exercise and mediation , you will feel better... Try to find your happiness in small things get involve in Christmas stuff..
