The bad thing about life sometimes is that it doesn't give us a break. When we begin to see the light at the end of the tunnel, the roof of the tunnel caves in.
I heard this quote recently and it has become my mantra, "Life wouldn't be so hard if we didn't expect it to be so easy." Also I read that most of our unhappiness results from unmet expectations. I know that is true for me.
Have you tried anything else to relieve your anxiety? I have been able to manage mine with doTERRA essential oils, yoga, relaxed breathing, etc.

Side note, positive and funny - the stitches on my knuckle force me to splint my finger straight. it just so happens to be my middle finger. I have been walking around work for 2 days with my middle finger up.
