Feeling lost and scared. I can't control my sadness. Not that I really want to control it, but I don't know how to come out of it anymore. I'm scared of this darkness. I don't want it anymore.

If I come to DS and it won't do anything when I click "Login", I go to a post, click and then click "Leave a Reply". Then it will let me log in.Of course, sometimes DS just goes to "Error 504". Then I can't log in.

I hope you're still in Therapy and taking your meds, if you don't get on well with your current Therapist, then find a new one....because depression and all the bad emotions and feelings that come with it, don't just go away.
Besides therapy and medication, are you doing anything on the side yo help you cope? For eg, reading or exercising, Might be good to do some light exercise like brisk walking or jogging. Exercise is good to increase the 'feel-good' feeling in you. Give it a try. Be well and take cared. God Bless!
Then your depression will continue. What you Want is what you will Get. When you start to shift the way you are thinking, this will change how you feel...your thoughts come before your emotions...your' making a choice to stay suffering...each day if you say to yourself, I Will and I Want to get out of bed, shower and dress you'll be Amazed at the change you will feel, and the ability to live your life...tiny goals will give your life purpose and you'll feel a sense of achievement...try it, just might work along with therapy and meds...best ofluck!
