For a long time I have felt like I'm not good enough and mess up everything I do. I've been trying even small things like being kind to others. Making other people's favorite meal or snack. Even that bombs. Go for a walk it rains before I get back home. Nothing I try seems to work. People say look at the bright side.... there isn't one anymore. Does anyone else have this feeling?
