Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.

I think it would help me if I would get up and move, but I just want to sleep. They told me to start taking one of me meds at night instead of morning, but I can't tell if it's helping. I think it is some.
So yes, I know how you feel. Hope it gets better soon.
Now I am on my regular meds and now been prescribed sleep aids at night.
I was told some depression meds actually should be taken in the morning because they pep you up a bit.
Talk to your doctor to see if they have suggestions.

My family was not very happy about it. I am now working on trying to stay up at least for 12 hours. I can't really decide if I feel better for sleeping less or not. For sure I have less energy.
Anyways beyond the health issues is simple boredom. I can't do very much anymore. There is only so much tv you can watch. Anybody else think they might not be so tired if life were a little more exciting? I'm trying to work on simple crafts to pass the time. It helps.
