Does anyone here have a comfort item you carry with you when you go out? For example this is my doll, Annie, and I've recently been bringing her with me when I run errrands flor have an appointment. Holding her comforts me. I've bought her clothes, crocheted for her, I recently bought a personalized blanket with her name on it. Just wondering if anyone else has a comfort item.

I'm 35 and alone right now... but my cat is laying in between my legs as I type this. She brings me a lot of mental support and love. I've been alone for the last 10 years due to my mental health and recovery from addiction. Depression can be so tough... Some days go by just fine, and some days feel absolutely horrible.
I personally try to play chess or cards online whenever I am really bored. You get to meet some people there too, and if u want u can friend them and play once in awhile.
Overall I'm just not understanding why there are more people in the world than ever but so much loneliness. I think it's because people don't want to commit to much these days...very sad indeed
Just learned he has diabetes….have had to learn to give a shot twice a day….
Maneuvering feeding schedule is complicated….
All in all guess I am just overwhelmed right now.
But ….tomorrow’s another day….
