My husband and I got our foster license last month, after 3 years of hard work (we had to start over multiple times due to family dramas and Mom's open heart surgery). Maybe try discussing this with a friend? There isn't much for them to do but it can help just having someone to listen.
This type behavior is not acceptable and he should be held accountable for his actions.
