Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.

The greatest things in humanity are to dare and to hope. When you dare to live, then your fear dissipates, and your courage flourishes. Don't be preoccupied with what others may perceive of you - this is superficial materialism that is unhelpful for you. You don't need to seek permission and approvals from others to live. As a human being, what matters is that you are only accountable to yourself, not to anyone else so you don't need to seek approval from another to breathe. Do what pleases you. If today you don't feel well enough mentally to work out in the gym so let that slide and you can always make up for lost time whenever you feel well enough to do so.
Watch upbeat movies, hear a song that gives you good vibes. Don't watch a movie about another's struggle to survive that trigger your depression. Someone else's struggles is their predicament. For the moment, just focus on your own survival and find something in your conscience to form the base of your mental strength e.g resilience, hope, optimism.
Take care, and for goodness sake, ask your doctor for a prescription of antidepressants!
