Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.
If you mean "full" in the sense of having all the money and material possessions one could possibly want, well, there are plenty of rich, miserable people around.
If you mean "full" in the sense of being creatively productive AND making plenty of dough, as well as enjoying loving, harmonious relationships, no, I think once all that is fulfilled, one is very happy. It then becomes a matter of continuing to work to maintain it.
Happiness is subjective, it is not based on having our days filled with things to do.
Unhappy is unhappy. I don't think full can be realized if you're unhappy.
I also don't think it's possible to lump together all three words for something that's even real. Our lives are so long. There are so many moments with so many different emotions. It doesn't seem accurate to say a full unhappy life. Your life isn't over so you can fill it with more that you love, more that you need, more that makes not unhappy.
I also think happy is a relative word when you speak about life. Some people are happy living with just what they need. Others are truly happy always striving to fill their wants.
I'm completely rambling with this entire post, but...
I feel life is what we make it. If we're not fulfilled, then there has to be unhappiness somewhere. If we're not happy, then we are unfulfilled somewhere. We can all decide what tomorrow will be. Don't let words, other people, or your own sabotaging feelings put you somewhere that's unhappy.
I've let all three of those do it for TOO LONG. I've wasted SO MUCH time just worrying, being shy, and wondering what people think about me. It has to stop. I have too much to do. Too much to see. Too many places to experience. It has to stop... for all of us. Fight the thoughts. It's so exhausting some days, but fight those thoughts, the self-defeating words, the people who push you down. Fight it all.
If that's what you consider it to be, then yes it is possible.
A great deal of life is what you make of it, right? We all have different perceptions of what Life is, and what gives it purpose - makes it meaningful to each of us.
