I was bullied for 6 years, and it made me depressed. It has been about 3 years since the bullying stopped, and I have gotten over the worst of it, but I still have some problems from it. The biggest one I have, is that the bullying has made me shy and nervous around people. I am scared to put myself out there for fear of being bullied for it. I just need some advice to make talking to women easier. I just don't want to be single anymore.

I haven't finished reading them because depression makes it hard to focus, but they are pretty good.
