Another sleepless night. Too much or not enough sleep for me, its crazy.

same here. I find myself sleeping sporadically and sometimes not for days at a time. Insomnia is so rough. I hate waking up with no idea of what time it is.

By the way- Used to be a big Nascar fan years ago. Not so much anymore but I like your avatar pic. I was a #5 & #18 fan- The brothers from Texas. LOL

I'm used to it. I know how you feel. :( Sometimes, after a while, the sleeping meds stop working. I wish you sleep soon :)

Wouldn't it be good to be normal! Have your coco and go to bed at 22:00, read for 30 minutes, then go to sleep! I'm told that's what "normal" people do. Can't remember ever doing that, but we're special lol!
