Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.
Do you have any family or friends that can or will be there for you? If so, without being rude, take full advantage of them. Do you associate with a church or groups? If so, how can they be utilized to get you evolved and out of the house? Hobbies and interests you can do on your own and alone are also helpful. I am not big on tv watch ( I may be the only one on the planet that doesnt enjoy tv much ), but if you do and that works for you, do that to. The thing is to be proactive in your thinking and willingness to help keep your life fulfilling. Best to you.
There are disabled people ... worse than many, who are very socially 'busy' ... not lonely or isolated. It is up to you. I strongly suggest you investigate the volunteer opportunities in your area. This is something FOR YOU ... take it seriously.
