Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.
2day ppl slap stuff togeather and call it good...
luck with the search....
i havent got any, and i find it hard working cause of my mental health being so poor, i usually start jobs, but struggle to hold onto them.
i have to accept im ill, and make the best of whats available to me, which is like you say, education and voluntary work,
i dont know what type of work you want, but i know mental heath services such as drop in centres, are one of the most sympathetic employers about, when it comes to employing people with mental health difficultys,
maybe you could try mental health charitys too,for admin work, as they dont discriminate either,
most employers do ,
my friend says the reason he has so much unemployment in his work history, is he inherited money !and didnt need to work for a while,
its not true, but it helps him get some temporary work , which is all he can manage, i find them easier too as , they are not forever! and i dont worry about them as much.
you can use jobs like that though to show youre able to work. collect the pay check and bring the stub in to show them you worked there, and what your pay was, then just hide your hours... for they dont know how long you worked there, or how much you made total.
